Ridge, Davenport, Florida. it is surrounded by orange groves and conservation

Situated on Highway 27 just off Interstate 4 and Highway 192, it is only 12 minutes from Disney by car and ideally located for easy access to all the other major attractions.
This Florida Holiday Villa is new for the 2003 Florida Holiday rentals season
and is extremely spacious with a Family room, Living room and two separate
dining areas.
There is a fully fitted Kitchen with all mod cons and breakfast
bar. A self-contained Utility room has a washing machine and dryer also
iron plus ironing board.
The property has 4 good sized Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms,two are en-suite
rooms and the 2 twin bedded rooms share the third bathroom.
The fully screened swimming pool is south facing with an oversized sundeck,
it comes complete with luxury pool furniture. A feature of the house design
is that the pool is visible from most rooms, this, plus all the doors leading
to the pool area being alarmed provide an excellent safety feature especially
if you have young children.
Close to Tuscan Ridge, there are supermarkets, shops, petrol stations and
a pharmacy. There are numerous restaurants catering to a variety of tastes
and price ranges, within a 10 minute drive there is even more choice on highway
192.
For the golfers, Champions Gate Golf Complex is only 3 minutes away with numerous
other courses within a 20 minute drive.
