Renting our Florida Holiday Villa offers you luxury, comfort and value for
money. It gives you freedom and independence, it allows you to eat, sleep,
swim and to come and go when it suits you and not some fussy hotel timetable.
What
could be better than after a hot and hectic day in one of the theme parks
returning to your villa to chill out, sunbathe, play video games or just grab
a cold beer and plan the next day's itinerary?
THE LIVING ROOMS
Our Florida Holiday Villa has over 2000 sq. ft. of living area and is fully
air conditioned, both the Living Room and the Great Room look out over the
pool which can be accessed by using the French Doors. Each room has been decorated
and furnished in a modern contemporary style, the Great Room comes with a
40" television with cable channels and also a DVD player. There is a
small selection of films for both young and old to watch, other films are
available to rent locally.
The Living Room is equipped with a 28" television and comes complete
with a Playstation 2, again there is a small selection of games available
for your use.The sofa in this room converts into a double bed.
THE DINING AREA
The
formal Dining Area is situated off the Living Room and in keeping with the
rest of the house has decor in a contemporary style. The design of the dining
furniture is in Maple and allows upto 6 people to be seated.
THE BEDROOMS
The
Master Bedroom has a King size bed, walk in closet, telephone, alarm clock/radio
and has its own spacious en-suite bathroom which comprises of twin vanity
basins, bath, WC and separate walk-in shower. The bedroom also has a view
of and access to the pool area.
The second Bedroom also has en-suite facilities and has a Queen size bed (UK
King size). It has a telephone clock/radio and built in wardrobes. The bathroom
leads out to the pool area.
The third and fourth Bedrooms have twin beds, built in wardrobes and share
the third bathroom.
THE KITCHEN
The
fully equipped Kitchen has been upgraded and contains all the usual mod cons
you would expect, they include Breakfast Bar with Barstools, full size cooker
and hob, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and a large fridge/freezer with
built in ice-maker. There is a dishwasher and also an in-sink waste disposal.
All the crockery, glasses and cooking utensils are provided enabling you
to
prepare a formal meal or just a quick snack.
Adjoining the Kitchen area is the Breakfast Nook with table and chairs for
4 and again overlooks the pool area.
Leading off the Kitchen is the self-contained Utility Room. This has a separate
washer and dryer also an iron and ironing board allowing you to tackle the
unglamorous but sometimes necessary jobs.
The villa has a telephone system which allows free local calls. Long distance
and international calls can be made using a telephone card, these are widely
available and can be bought from supermarkets & shops everywhere.
THE POOL
The
pool is South facing, fully screened and comes with luxury pool furniture,
ideal for catching those rays all day long but it is also surrounded by
325
sq. ft. of Lanai allowing you the shade when needed. The 26ft x 13ft pool
has been upgraded and is fitted with hand rail so to allow easier and safer
entry, exit in and out of the water. There is also a raised side with water
jets fitted. Underwater lighting allows you to keep on swimming even after
the sun has set.
The villa design means that the pool area is visable from most rooms in the
house, this and all the doors leading to the pool being alarmed is an excellant
safety feature especially if you have small children.
If you require the pool heating, this is an extra cost and should be requested
at the time of booking.
